Apply for Scholarship

To make 4WCWS accessible to people from all walks of life, we are offering a limited number of scholarships especially to women from resource-limited settings, vulnerable populations, young people, survivors of violence and community representatives.

Priority will be given to participants who are recommended by their local or national shelter network, those who will bring back the experience and learnings of 4WCWS to their communities, and those who have been accepted as workshop or paper presenters at 4WCWS. 

You may apply for a full or partial scholarship. A full scholarship includes airfare (lowest available from your nearest international airport), e-visa for Taiwan (if necessary), accommodation (shared room in a budget hotel in Taipei arranged by 4WCWS for the days of the conference only), and registration fee. A partial scholarship may include a combination of the above. Please note scholarships do not cover living allowance or ground transportation.
